Letter from the President

Welcome to the home page of the St. Catherine's College (Oxford) Foundation website. The purpose of the Foundation is to raise funds from alumni, parents, and friends of the College to support its vital work. Under the dynamic leadership of the Master, Roger Ainsworth, "Catz" is thriving as never before. But, as U.K. government support for higher education decreases, the College's need for increased giving rises.

If, like I, you are an alumnus, I hope that you remember your years at Catz fondly. Making a contribution to the Foundation will enable the College to continue providing a stimulating and enriching educational experience for every student, and it can help the College to enhance that experience for future generations of students.

If you are a parent, making a contribution to the Foundation will, in one way or another, benefit your own child.

And, if you are not formally connected to the College, but a strong believer in the importance of supporting institutions of higher learning, we hope that you will consider a contribution to an Oxford college that is unparalleled in its commitment to providing a first-class educational opportunity for North Americans seeking to learn more about the world.
